Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG
Only the best Chianti Classico wines with good structure and a high alcoolcontent are made into riservas. After ageing in oak barrels and in bottles, the product is ruby red in colour with garnet hues, an intense lingering nose and dry, velvety flavor.
Uncork the bottle an hour before serving to allow the bouquet to develop.
Ideal with grilled meats, roasts and strong cheeses.
In order to quality as a Riserva, the Chianti Classico must be aged for at least two years in barrels ant three months in bottles.
Serving temperature: 18°-20°C
